As we struggle to emerge from a pandemic, faithful innovators are at risk of burnout and spiritual and relational depletion. This year, rather than hosting an online conference on Zoom, we are hosting a limited capacity in-person retreat at a large home in Joshua Tree. The Cyclical Staff will be creating space for rest, play, work, and collaboration during a 3 day retreat. Bring the projects you haven't been able to get to. Come ready to collaborate with others on their projects. Come ready to share stories and meals with other innovators. Come ready to rest and heal. Learn more and register below.
If we come together as a community of gifted individuals, we can build ecosystems that can support and train innovators around the world doing innovative work in local communities. Join us online for our annual night of giving to grow the impact of faithful innovation.
This mini-course will be entirely focused on helping monocultural churches take their first steps towards becoming intercultural, and overcome the barriers they'll face along the way. It will include webinars, case studies, replays, PDF downloads and special offers for churches. Over three days you're going to gain wisdom and helpful conversations about how to become a vibrant intercultural church.
You're invited to join a charity golfing fundraiser for Cyclical INC and Radiance Community Church to support positive mental health and a sense of community for both individuals and families.

Life is busy, and if we don’t set aside time for connection, rest, and collaboration, we can lose our direction in the fray. If you’re feeling burned out, disconnected, or just in need of time away, you’re not alone. Faithful Innovators need space to listen, connect, collaborate, and play.

The hard work of starting new churches is made more difficult by the colonial and industrial paradigms we've been steeped in for the past few hundred years. So, while we want to plant healthy, vibrant, missional churches that change our lives and the lives of those we lead, we must be careful about the ways...
