Dea is gathering a community of faithful artists. Immigrants, co-vocational pastors, artists, business leaders, and other innovators are starting churches, writing books, and developing ministries that are advancing the witness of the Church today.

They don’t have the support they need

Starting something new is hard. Innovation isn’t normal, and there are few to turn to for help and support. In addition, innovation is risky. What happens to innovators when their project doesn’t work? The same pandemic that requires bold change in the church also makes it even more risky to make bold changes. Innovators need support in order to lead the change necessary in the Church.
