We believe God is leading us into new ways of doing ministry, so we are hiring our first Cyclical Director to connect with those in our presbytery who feel God’s call to do ministry in a new way.

This person will work with ministry leaders to support, listen, and discern with them, in an effort to move us into an innovative future for our presbytery.

Expectations include: 

  • Gathering ministry leaders regularly for mutual learning and support.
  • This support may include coaching to develop short-term goals, developing longer-term ministry strategy, and forming groups to provide peer learning and support.
  • Staying connected with presbytery leaders and committees.
  • Supporting ministry leaders as they experiment with new ways of worshiping, new ways of doing discipleship, and new ways of serving their communities.

This director will also have the opportunity to work alongside other Cyclical Directors from regions around the world to receive support and guidance for their work in Grace Presbytery.
